01
Privacy at a glance
Momentum combines calling, reminders, conversation context, and personal insights. Contacts, call history, notification-derived messages, notes, reminders, and generated insights are processed and stored locally by default. You do not need an account to use the app, and Momentum does not include an advertising or analytics SDK.
Your personal data stays on your device unless you deliberately enable a feature that sends it to a service you choose.
02
Information Momentum handles
Depending on the features and permissions you choose, Momentum may handle:
| Information | Why it is used | Default location |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts and phone numbers | Identify callers, place calls, find people, and connect reminders to a person. | On your device |
| Call history and call details | Show call activity, identify missed calls, prepare follow-ups, and calculate personal insights. | On your device |
| Notification content | When you grant notification access, recognize relevant messages, payment notices, and commitments from supported apps. | On your device |
| Notes, reminders, drafts, and instructions | Carry out requests, schedule reminders, prepare communications, and keep context you ask Momentum to remember. | On your device |
| Voice or audio | Turn speech into text when you use voice input. Cloud dictation is a separate, optional setting. | On device, unless cloud dictation is enabled |
| App settings and AI model files | Remember your preferences and run local AI features. | On your device |
Momentum does not ask you to create a Momentum account. It does not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or build an advertising profile.
03
Android permissions
Android controls access to sensitive device features. Momentum asks only when a feature needs access, and you can deny or revoke access in Android Settings. Depending on the features you use, requests may include Phone and call log, Contacts, Microphone, Notifications or notification access, and the ability to act as your default phone app.
Denying a permission disables the related feature but does not prevent unrelated parts of Momentum from working. Selecting Momentum as the default phone app enables Android’s call management features; you can switch back to another phone app at any time.
04
How information is used
Momentum uses the information you make available to provide the features you request, including:
- placing and managing calls, identifying callers, and showing call history;
- creating reminders and surfacing calls, replies, or commitments that may need attention;
- drafting text for your review and applying automation rules you turn on;
- producing private, on-device summaries and insights from your own activity;
- protecting the app, troubleshooting failures, and maintaining your preferences; and
- downloading the on-device AI model when you request it.
Local AI processing can run without sending the underlying personal content to Evenpath. Momentum will not send a message or complete a payment merely because AI suggested it; the app presents actions for your review or follows a rule you explicitly enabled.
06
Retention and deletion
Locally created data remains on your device while the app is installed or until you delete it. You can remove Momentum’s app data through Android Settings, revoke its permissions, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes Momentum’s private app storage, subject to your device manufacturer’s backup and restore settings.
Revoking access stops future access but does not change records held by Android or another app, such as your system call history or a message in a messaging service. For information sent through an optional cloud provider, use that provider’s controls and retention policy.
07
Security
Momentum reduces exposure by keeping personal app content in Android’s private app storage and processing it locally by default. Access is also limited by Android’s permission system. You should protect your device with a screen lock, keep Android and Momentum updated, and avoid sharing cloud API keys. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
08
Children’s privacy
Momentum is a general-audience productivity and communication app and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can respond appropriately.
09
Your choices and rights
You control Momentum primarily on your device. You can review or revoke Android permissions, turn off automation rules, disconnect a cloud API key, disable cloud dictation, clear the app’s storage, change your default phone app, or uninstall Momentum.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of personal information. Because Evenpath does not receive your locally stored app content, we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely. For a privacy request concerning information we do hold—such as an email you sent us—contact us. We may need to verify your request and will respond as applicable law requires.
For step-by-step instructions and a direct request link, visit our data deletion page.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Momentum changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post the revised policy at this permanent URL and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how the app handles personal information, we will provide additional notice in the app or by another appropriate method.
